Faith

The Co-Founders hold this value as number one in everything they do. One may ask what "Emmanuel capital Group" stands for; and that is "God is with us". Our work, and goals are rooted in being able to serve everyone around us and to shed light on God's Glory. Without our faith, we lose our backbone, and "wealth" becomes envious and greedy. It is imperative that this value is upheld not by words alone but truly through our actions.

Teamwork

“There is no I in team” - Peter Drucker. Everyone must carry out their individual tasks and roles. Without the support of your colleagues to your left and right you will be inefficient. We collectively aim to achieve the common goal of successful investments, and strive to achieve it with excellence. This said excellence comes with building relationships with each other and building a bond full of truth and equivalent values and morals. It is also important to create an environment that allows for all to want to thrive and succeed. 

Accountability

The quality of accountability holds much value in our firm. Everyone individually and collectively must be held liable and must have compliance for being able to accept responsibility and to be able to account for taken actions. Without accountability one loses the room for growth and development. Accountability allows for us to learn, mature, and hold truth. With this we can surpass all obstacles and raise ourselves to the highest standards.

It is important for us to be able to adjust and adapt what we may think is correct to an idea that holds more value. Honesty
